WATCH: The People's Grub - How To Make Healthy Oat Bread

Last week, we launched The People's Grub, a mini series that will see Everton's Head of Nutrition, Lloyd Parker, provide healthy eating tips and show you simple recipes you can do at home. 

Lloyd kicked things off with his paprika chicken tray bake and, today, he shows you a simple five-ingredient oat bread that will not only keep your digestive system happy but is also great fun and easy for the kids.
