As part of the Club's Blue Family campaign, evertonfc.com will be posting regular fitness and wellbeing videos to help keep you active and healthy during the coronavirus outbreak.
Today, we launch The People's Grub - a mini series which will see Everton's Head of Nutrition Lloyd Parker provide healthy eating tips and show you simple recipes you can do at home to set you on your way to getting at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.
First up, is a super healthy paprika chicken tray bake that will give a kick to the leftover vegetables in your kitchen - and fill you and your family with all the goodness you need to help maintain a healthy immune system!
Watch Lloyd's first lesson below now or by clicking here.
If you missed them, catch our home fitness workout with Theo Walcott here or beginner's guide to yoga with Head of Medical Danny Donachie here.
