As part of the Club's Blue Family campaign, evertonfc.com will be posting regular fitness and wellbeing videos to help keep your mind healthy and body active during the coronavirus outbreak.

On Monday, first-team star Theo Walcott let us in on some of the exercises and routines he is doing at home during the players' time away from USM Finch Farm.

Today, Everton's Director of Medical and yoga enthusiast Danny Donachie shows you a few simple stretches all Blues can do in their own home - without the need for any equipment.
