What is mobile ticketing?

Mobile ticketing refers to the option for supporters to download a mobile e-ticket when purchasing tickets for home fixtures at Goodison Park. By selecting ‘Mobile Ticket’ as your delivery method you will be able to download your ticket(s) to your smartphone device to gain access to Goodison Park.

Why have the Club launched mobile ticketing?

The introduction of mobile ticketing forms part of the Club’s continued commitment to improving the matchday experience for fans. With the launch of mobile ticketing, the Club is also introducing a £1 postage charge per delivery on printed tickets for home games, to encourage uptake and help minimise the Club’s environmental footprint as part of its Everton for Change campaign.

How do I purchase a mobile ticket?

When purchasing your ticket(s) choose ‘Mobile Ticket’ as the delivery method. This will save a link in the ‘My Tickets’ section of your account, which you can use to download your mobile e-ticket to your device. How do I download a mobile ticket?

You can access your mobile ticket(s) in the ‘My Tickets’ section of your ticketing account or by clicking the link in your purchase confirmation email to download your ticket(s). How do I share a mobile ticket?

Can I download my friends and family tickets?

As the lead purchaser, you can download tickets that you have purchased for yourself and any other supporters that you have purchased on behalf of. If you are not the lead purchaser, you will only be any tickets able to access and download where you have been listed as the ticket holder.

Can I download multiple tickets to the same device?

Yes, you can download and share additional ticket(s) with your friends or family using a number of different messaging apps, including WhatsApp.

How do I enter Goodison Park using my mobile ticket?

If you are using an Apple device, simply open your Apple Wallet and present your mobile e-ticket to the reader at the turnstile. The reader will turn green admitting entry to Goodison Park.

Android users can access their ticket(s) in their download folder. Once you have opened the ticket, simply follow the same process as above by scanning your mobile ticket under the reader to gain entry to the stadium.

If you experience any problems when entering the stadium using a mobile ticket, contact the nearest steward.

What if my friends or family don’t own a smartphone device?

Even if your friends and family don’t own a smartphone, you can still use the mobile ticketing service.

For friends and family that do not own a smartphone, we advise that you scan them into the stadium first using your own device, before finally scanning yourself in.

Each individual will need a valid ticket to enter the stadium. Once you have accessed the stadium, you will be unable to exit the stadium to scan a ticket for another person. If you experience any problems, contact the nearest steward.

What if I bringing children to the match?

If you are attending with children, we advise that you scan them into the stadium first using your own device, before finally scanning yourself in.
