Last week, His Royal Highness, The Duke of Cambridge, visited Everton in the Community as part of his Heads Up campaign.

The Duke met participants, programme leaders and first-team players as he learned more about the charity's pioneering initiatives and how they have been leading the way in helping people tackle mental health challenges for more than a decade.

Everton in the Community's 32nd birthday will be celebrated at this weekend's Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace - a game that will also see the Blues support the Heads Up campaign by wearing the campaign's logo on their shirt sleeves.
