Everton in the Community Turns 32

Earlier this week, Everton Football Club’s official charity, Everton in the Community, turned 32 years-old, and in mark of the anniversary, Everton’s fixture against Crystal Palace and Everton Women’s game against Liverpool Women this weekend will also incorporate an EitC celebration as the dedicated birthday fixtures for Everton in the Community.

In the build-up to both fixtures, EitC have been looking back on the highlights of another record-breaking 12 months for the award-winning charity, while turning the attention on what’s next for the Club's charitable arm.

The week has also focused on where EitC is at today - with the annual Everton in the Community showcase taking place at USM Finch Farm. Six different aspects of Everton in the Community was celebrated earlier this week, and every member from Everton's first team squad got involved in various activities before signing a pledge to commit to the charitable work of EitC.

During Everton’s fixture against Crystal Palace, the Club have donated ten mascot places to Everton in the Community and a bucket collection will also take place around the ground should fans wish to donate to Everton in the Community.
