Everton Academy graduate Morgan Feeney has joined League One club Tranmere Rovers on loan for the remainder of the season.
Centre-back Feeney captained Everton Under-23s to a Premier League 2 and Premier League Cup double last term. He was also in the Under-23s team that won the league title in 2017.
The 20-year-old makes the short trip to League One side Tranmere, managed by Micky Mellon.
Bootle-born Feeney, who joined Everton aged seven, was given his first-team Toffees debut in a Europa League game against Atalanta at Goodison Park in November 2017.
He also featured in a 3-0 Everton victory at Cypriot side Apollon Limassol in the same competition the following month.
