Kelly Shortlisted For Player Award

Prolific Everton forward Chloe Kelly is in contention to claim her second Barclays FA Women’s Super League Player-of-the-Month prize this season.

Kelly, who won the award in September and was nominated for the following month’s edition, is on a five-strong shortlist to receive the honour for January.

The 22-year-old is recognised after her 54-minute hat-trick beat Reading on Sunday to lift Everton above their opponents into the WSL’s fifth spot.

Kelly has eight league goals from 11 games this season and received an England call from manager Phil Neville back in October.
