Schneiderlin Fit For Leicester Clash

Morgan Schneiderlin has overcome a training ground injury and is fit for Everton's Premier League trip to Leicester City on Sunday.

Midfielder Schneiderlin, who has started eight top-flight games this season, hurt his foot in midweek and was in a race against time to face the Foxes.

The Frenchman's recovery is a boost for manager Marco Silva, already without long-term midfield absentees Andre Gomes and Jean-Philippe Gbamin.

Everton are waiting on the fitness of another midfielder in former Manchester City man Fabian Delph.

Bernard, out since sustaining a knee problem at Brighton & Hove Albion in October, has stepped up his rehabilitation and joined full training this week.

Right-back Seamus Coleman is definitely missing from this weekend's fixture with a rib issue, while forward Theo Walcott has been hit by a sickness bug during the week.
