Everton Women will take on Liverpool in the first-ever women’s Merseyside to be hosted at Anfield on Sunday (3pm) - and tickets remain available for the landmark clash.

Wiliie Kirk’s team will be aiming to build on an encouraging start to the WSL season. The Toffees have won three of their opening five matches and are fifth in the table.

Everton are eight points ahead of Liverpool, who sit 12th.

The fixture coincides with Women's Football Weekend. Taking place during the international break, the event will become an annual attraction and seek to capitalise on the growing popularity of the women's game.
