Everton Football Club can confirm Bernard suffered an injury to his right knee during our game against Brighton on Saturday.

Scans have subsequently revealed the Brazilian has sustained a grade 2 medial ligament injury. Everton medical staff will speak with the Club's knee consultant in the coming days to ensure the fastest possible return to play.
