Denny Talks LeBron, Di Caprio And Snoring Roommates

Back in December 2017, Alex Denny stepped off the bench to make his first-team debut for Everton late on in a 3-0 Europa League success at Cypriot side Apollon Limassol.

Eight months later, a foot injury struck the midfielder on the eve of the 2018/19 season and ruled him out for most of that campaign as the Blues' Under-23s secured a league and cup double.

Now fighting fit once more, Denny has reestablished himself as a key member of David Unsworth's side this term, helping them kick off the season with a seven-game unbeaten run.

The England youth international also sheds light on which of his young Blues teammates has the most annoying habit and most questionable taste in music.

Everton Under-23s put their unbeaten run on the line against Manchester City at Pure Stadium on Friday, with kick-off in Southport at 7pm.

Victory would see Unsworth's side leapfrog Chelsea at the top of the table, with the Londoners not in action until they travel to Leicester City on Saturday lunchtime.
