Marco Silva gave his players a well-deserved break from the intense pre-season training out in the Swiss Alps - by taking them white-water rafting!

“It is really important if you can do these types of activities – out of football but working together as a team,” said Silva, who joined in the fun alongside his backroom team.

“There are many good things to talk about in our dressing room and the behaviour of our players, how we stick together.

“These moments are really important for them, to have fun and enjoy, but also to show how we can work together as a team, showing a very good spirit.”
