'We Did It For Gary' - The Speed Cycle Riders' Diary

This weekend, a courageous group of football fans cycled 230 miles from Newcastle United's St James' Park to Goodison to raise money for Everton in the Community's proposed mental health facility, The People's Place.

The Speed Cycle, held in honour of late former Toffees skipper Gary Speed, has a fundraising target of £65,000 – £1,000 for each of the 65 appearances the boyhood Blue made for the Club.
