Jack Rodwell has been called up to the England under 17 squad.

Rodwell was previously skipper of the under 16s side and recently became a full time member of the Everton Academy.

He has already played for the Blues at both under 18 and reserve team level.

He will link up with England for the Nordic Championships that kick off in Denmark later this month.
