Louis Saha has been named Everton's Player of the Month for November.

The striker was honoured for his contribution to the Blues performances last month which included goals against West Ham and Hull.

This is the second time the Frenchman has won the accolade after also picking up the title in September.

Fresh from his heroics with the Blues against Chelsea on Saturday, Saha told evertonfc.com he was thrilled to receive the award.

"It is always nice to get awards and I am pleased that I have been recognised for the work I have done for the team,” he said.

"The result against Chelsea means confidence is high again and we hope we can continue to move up the table as we head into the Christmas fixtures."
