Jo &Amp; Gosling Start

New signing Jo and derby hero Dan Gosling both start for Everton against Bolton.

It's the first start at Goodison for Gosling and the first Everton game of any sort for on loan Jo.

The pair are in to replace Marouane Fellaini and Steven Pienaar.

Fellaini (back) limped off during the second half of Everton's game against Liverpool and Pienaar (leg) followed suit shortly after.

But the back four is unchanged after they kept a clean sheet in midweek; Phil Jagielka and Joleon Lescott flanked by Tony Hibbert and Leighton Baines.

The inclusion of Jo means Tim Cahill is likely to revert to a midfield position, alongside Mikel Arteta, Leon Osman and Gosling.

Phil Neville will carry out the holding midfield duties.

The injuries mean that the bench features 17-year-olds Jack Rodwell and Jose Baxter (on his birthday). They're alongside Carlo Nash, Joseph Yobo, Andy van der Meyde, Segundo Castillo and Lars Jacobsen.

Bolton have new signings Sebastien Puygrenier, Awiza Makukula and Mark Davies in their side.
