Jack Rodwell and Leighton Baines impressed for England on Tuesday night, helping the Three Lions record a 1-0 win over Sweden.

Rodwell, on his full debut, went close to scoring on several occasions, shaving the post with a header at the end of the first half and seeing a couple of other efforts blocked.

Baines played a part in the build-up to England's goal and was rarely troubled at the back as a first half goal from Daniel Majstorovic was the difference between the sides.
