James McCarthy will miss the visit of Southampton to Goodison Park on Saturday.

McCarthy was sent off during Everton's game against Crystal Palace on Wednesday.

The Republic of Ireland international was shown two yellow cards at Selhurst Park and now serves a one-game ban.
