Everton Under-18s came from behind to record a 1-1 draw with Newcastle United at the Magpies' training ground on Saturday.

The hosts took the lead on 11 minutes when Anthony Munda converted a low cross from close-range following a sweeping move down the left flank.

But Leighton Baines' young Blues rallied and equalised via the penalty spot four minutes after half-time interval, as Jacob Beaumont-Clark confidently tucked home from 12 yards despite the Newcastle goalkeeper guessing the right way. 

Next up for Everton Under-18s is a home clash with Stoke City on Saturday 29 April (11am BST), before a double header against Manchester United to end the campaign.
