How do I provide feedback or make a complaint?

You can log feedback or make a complaint in the following ways:

By email to servicedesk@evertonfc.com.

Alternatively, you can use our online contact us page here.

When we receive your email or form, a confirmation will be sent acknowledging the feedback or complaint has been logged. This will include a reference number. This will then become a case for our Fan Services team.

A subsequent email will then be sent to confirm the case is being actively reviewed and will include guidance as to the timescale for a thorough and detailed response.

The Fan Services team will ensure the case is shared with the relevant department and a thorough response compiled and provided.
