Frequently asked questions surrounding pre-season live streams.

Here, we answer regular questions and address common issues surrounding the pre-season streaming for Season Ticket Holders, Official Members and Lounge Members.

Which games are being streamed? 

  • Kariobangi Sharks v Everton, 7 July, 2pm BST 
  • Everton v Sion, 14 July, 4pm BST
  • Everton v Monaco, 19 July, 5pm BST
  • Wigan v Everton, 24 July, 7.45pm BST 
  • Sevilla v Everton, 27 July, 12pm BST 
  • Mainz v Everton, 27 July, 3pm BST 
  • Werder Bremen v Everton, 3 August, 2pm BST – streaming TBC 

Who can watch the games? 


Season Ticket holders, lounge members and Official Members have exclusive access to these streams.
 

How do I watch? 


You’ll need to login to evertonfc.com using the same email address associated with the account with which you purchased your Season Ticket, Lounge Membership or Official Member. 
If you’ve not logged in since the new-look evertonfc.com launched on 1 July, you’ll need to reset your password so please leave additional time for this. 

If you are planning on buying an Official Membership to access the live streams and a range of other benefits, please do so in plenty of time ahead of the game. Our system can take up to five minutes to reflect new Membership purchases so we advise against leaving it to the last minute. 

I bought my Season Ticket/Membership on the phone/at the box office, how do I watch? 


You’ll need to register at evertonfc.com using the same email address provided when you purchased your Season Ticket or Membership. This should allow you access to the streams. We recommend carrying out this process 
well in advance of the game. If you have any issues or if you didn’t provide an email when purchasing, please call 0151 556 1878. 

Is there a Pay-Per-View option? 


There is no PPV option for this summer’s pre-season games. Streaming is reserved exclusively for Season Ticket Holders, Lounge Members and Official Members.
 

I can’t seem to log in. What’s the problem? 


We recommend carrying out the login process in plenty of time ahead of the game. Remember, if you’ve not logged in since 1 July, you’ll need to reset your password. Password resets are verified by email so make sure you have access to the inbox of the email address you’re using.
 

I’ve logged in but I’m being told I need to be a Member when I already am. 


Make sure you are logging in with the same email address you used when you purchased membership. If you purchased less than 5 minutes before trying to login, your Membership may not be appearing on our system. We advise buying in plenty of time. Ahead of the game.
 

The picture quality is jerky/low quality. 


We are providing high quality HD streams of all games. Please ensure you have a fast and stable internet connection and aren’t running other streaming or high intensity processes on the same device or network. In the unlikely event of any issues with the stream, we will make fans aware on Club platforms.
