New Website FAQs

Why have you created a new website?

We constantly review how we communicate with our fans and how we use differing platforms to do this. It became clear the previous website platform was no longer effective in providing fans with the service they deserve and expect. After a detailed and lengthy research and development process, we are delighted to be able to deliver a new, cutting edge web platform which will allow us to deliver a more personalised experience to supporters, aligned with our ongoing communications strategy.

Why do I need to reset my password?

As part of the new evertonfc.com, we have made it easier to carry out your online Everton activity by allowing supporters to use one set of log-in details for both ticketing and access to content and features on evertonfc.com. As part of this process and as a security measure, we require users to update their password. This is a quick and easy process and can be done the first time you login to the new site, or by clicking here.

Why haven’t I received my reset password?

First, you’ll need to ensure the email address you’ve entered is correct and has previously been used to login to evertonfc.com or the online ticketing site. If it hasn’t previously been used, you’ll need to register. If the email address is correct, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure it hasn’t erroneously been delivered there. If you haven’t received an email, please contact us.

Do I have to create an account?

No. You can view evertonfc.com without an account. However, some content is only available to people who have registered to become a Digital Member. You will also need an account if you wish to buy tickets, memberships, stadium tours or other similar products.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Creating a Digital Member account allows you to access a selection of exclusive videos and content on the Everton website. If you opt-in to receive communications you’ll receive a monthly e-newsletter providing you with the latest news, content and competitions, with the chance to win money-can’t-buy prizes. Supporters need an account to be able to purchase Everton tickets online.

Best of all, Digital Membership is completely FREE.

What’s the difference between a Digital Member and an Official Member

Official Members receive a membership pack in the post with exclusive Everton products and get priority ticket access for all home Premier League and domestic cup games.

Official Members have the largest access to the Everton website and its content.

They also receive a host of other benefits including Club discounts and free entry to watch all home fixtures for Everton Ladies & Everton Under 23s.

Official Membership is on sale from 25 June priced £30 for adults, £15 for teens, £10 for juniors and £5 for infants.

I’m a Season Ticket Holder, how can I log in?

If you’ve previously logged into evertonfc.com or bought your Season Ticket online, you can login here using the email address associated with the account used to purchase.

If you have never logged in to either evertonfc.com or purchased online, you will need to contact the Fan Centre on 0151 663 1878 to update your records.

I’ve registered and logged-in but I can’t see my ticketing history. What should I do?

It’s possible that you have multiple email addresses associated with your name. Please ensure that you are logging in using the email address associated with the account which purchased your tickets. This will be the account which receipts and ticket confirmations were sent to. If you have done this and still can’t see your ticketing history, please contact the Fan Centre on 0151 663 1878.

What is the login with Facebook/Google option?

In order to make registering and logging in easier, you can use your Facebook or Google credentials to set up an account. This will use the email address associated with your Facebook/Google account to register or login to your evertonfc.com account. Please consider the previous FAQ when using this option.

Is my data safe when logging in?
