Joe
NCS Manager

Joe oversees our NCS programme at Everton in the Community having been involved in the project since 2011. Joe has held a number of different roles  during his time with EitC, and has seen over 2,000 young people take part in the programme. In his spare time, Joe plays a lot of golf and watches plenty of football.

Chloe
NCS Coordinator

Chloe has worked for Everton for seven years, progressing from volunteering, an apprentice to a full-time job now as an NCS Coordinator. A dedicated member of the Everton family and the NCS team, Chloe has embarked on three international trips during her time at Everton with NCS graduates. One trip to France to the battlefield of The Somme and two trips to Nakuru, Kenya. Chloe loves working with young people and has a passion to make a difference. She is a very bubbly and chatty character and enjoys trying new things, whether that be new challenges, new food, meeting new people - she’s always happy to accept new challenges.

John
NCS Senior Support Worker

John has been part of the Everton in the Community family for the past six years - four of those working with young people on NCS. John enjoys working with various programmes within the community and always looks forward to the summer and the buzz around summer residentials. Away from NCS, John enjoys going the gym.

Dimitrios
Social Action Lead

Dimitrios joined Everton in the Community in 2019 having experienced a wide variety of roles working with young people in various settings. Dimitrios started of as a youth worker and was fortunate enough to progress into a sports activator and a personal trainer within the same organisation. He graduated in 2019 from John Moores University and studied Sports Development and Management. Dimitrios joined the NCS team at Everton in the Community in June 2019, gaining the role as Social action lead. A bubbly individual that tries to make everyone else around him laugh and smile, his hobbies and interests include football, basketball and going the gym.

Brad
Senior NCS Recruiter

Brad has worked on NCS since 2017 and recently moved over to Everton in the Community as a Senior Recruiter. It’s Brad's job to make sure we get the young people onto our programme through lots of high energy events in schools. Outside of work, Brad's a big fan of food, eating out and sport and exercise and has also recently taken up the guitar.

Calvin
NCS Recruiter

Hailing from London, Calvin works for the NCS team as a recruiter where he showcases the very best of NCS to schools and groups throughout Merseyside. His interests include Hip Hop, Netflix, Manchester United and public speaking. In his spare time he plays football once a week, and is a keen content creator, making videos for social media of his day to day life.

Hollie
NCS Core Service Coordinator

Hollie has worked for NCS since 2015 partaking a number of different roles. Hollie is currently the NCS Core Service Coordinator for Everton in the Community, booking all NCS events for our recruitment and ensuring all systems are up to date. She's responsible for making contact with all of our schools and colleges to set up meetings, assemblies, and tutorials for our recruitment team to go and deliver all things NCS. Hollie will be going on her first programme this Summer, 2020.

Angela
NCS Support Worker

Angela has been working with young people ever since she can remember. She started in a play scheme aged 16 which led to volunteering at various church youth groups for the local community. She worked for 'Youth with a Mission' (YWAM) a Christian missionary organisation in the UK and Argentina. Since leaving YWAM, she has worked in various areas of education as a teaching assistant, particularly with SEN young people in both mainstream and alternative education. Angela has been working for National Citizen service for almost two years, but joined Everton in the Community in 2019.

Sara-Jayne
NCS Support Worker

Sara-Jayne's enthusiasm for NCS is overwhelming having worked on eight schemes previously. 'SJ' as she's fondly known is a qualified teacher with 20 years of experience, working in both primary and secondary schools in the UK and overseas. She is also a qualified Youth worker and Laughter Yoga instructor and well known for her outgoing personality, crazy hair and her ability to solve challenges in nontraditional ways. SJ loves nothing better than belting out a song or two on karaoke and pushing her own limits with new challenges. She completed the world's longest zipline last year and is already looking for this year’s challenge!

Craig
NCS Support Worker

Craig has come through the ranks at Everton in the Community. Firstly, as a Sixth form student, volunteer, apprentice and then to a full time member of staff. He has been a member of staff on NCS for Everton in the Community for the last four summers as a team leader. In May 2019 he won 'Personality of the Year' at the end of season staff awards. Craig was appointed an NCS Support Worker on a full time basis in December 2019.
