The Everton Apprenticeship programme offers fantastic educational and employment opportunities for those across Merseyside who are driven and passionate individuals keen to succeed in their chosen vocational area.

The programme also supports the additional growth of our business and those of our employer partners. As well as enabling you to recruit exceptional new youngsters into your business via the power of the Everton brand, our programme can also support the continual professional development of your existing staff with delivery of bespoke programmes in Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading & Management.

The programme will last for a minimum of 12 months in which time learners will work to complete all components of their Apprenticeship Standard including Functional Skills in Maths & English alongside their main, vocation lead qualification. Learners will undertake a recognised qualification in a subject related to their job such as Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, Level 3 Business Administrator or the ILM Level 5 Diploma for Leaders & Managers.

As well as the range of qualifications, learners will also receive on-going career advice and guidance in the form of regular reviews with tutors and line managers as well as the opportunity to explore future personal development opportunities.

In 2017-18 EitC programme was voted the Best Apprenticeship Provider for Learner Satisfaction in the North West*, and joint top nationwide, with 100% of all learners sampled stating that they would “recommend the programme to family & friends”. 

Similarly, from 2016-2018, over 91% of all Everton Apprenticeship learners have successfully completed their Apprenticeship as compared with a national average of 69%**.
