In the event the personal circumstances of an Everton Shareholder changes (ie. name or address) they must notify Capita Registars.
There are a number of ways to do this:
- Complete the attached form and post it to Andrew Lecomber-Peace at Capita Registrars, Northern House, Woodsome Park, Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield HD8 0GA.
- Call the general shareholder helpline on 0871 664 0300. Please note calls cost 10p per minute plus standard network charges and lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. If calling from outside the United Kingdom please call +44 (0) 20 8639 3399.
- Register at the shareholder portal https://www.evertonfc-shares.com/ and make the amendments through the portal.
