Who is eligible to use the Ticket Transfer service to transfer their ticket(s)?

The Ticket Transfer Portal is available to 2022/23 Season Ticket Members. Season Ticket Members will be able to transfer their ticket(s) to a friend or family member, should they be unable to attend a home game at Goodison Park.

When can I transfer my seat for a game?

The Ticket Transfer service will be enabled two calendar months before a fixture is played. Please check the ticket information page here for the most up-to-date ticket information. The Ticket Transfer service for any individual game will be available up to three hours before the advertised kick-off time, unless stated otherwise.

Is this service available over the telephone?

Any supporters unable to use the online functionality to transfer their ticket can contact the Fan Centre directly on 0151 556 1878 and their request will be processed over the phone. Please note, telephone lines are open Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm. Phone lines are not manned on matchdays.

How do I use the Ticket Transfer Portal?

Once you login to the Ticket Transfer Portal, you will be able to select the fixture you wish to transfer your seat for and allocate your seat to your chosen friend or family member. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transfer. You can create an address book of contacts which can be stored via the portal for easy access.

My friend, who is a Season Ticket Member, does not have access to a computer but wishes to transfer their seat. Can I transfer their ticket for them via the Ticket Transfer Portal?

Each Season Ticket Member will need to transfer their own ticket via the Ticket Transfer Portal. Any supporters unable to use the online functionality to transfer their ticket can contact the Fan Centre directly on 0151 556 1878 and their request will be processed over the phone. If you are calling to transfer on someone else’s behalf, you will need the Season Ticket Member to confirm this with the Fan Centre. Please note, telephone lines are open Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm. Phone lines are not manned on matchdays.

Is there a fee to transfer my ticket?

No, this functionality is provided to supporters completely free of charge.

What can I do if I have transferred my ticket and then change my mind?

If you do change your mind about transferring your ticket and the transfer window is still open, then you will be able to call back your ticket. From the home screen, select the fixture you wish to recall your seat for and follow the on-screen instructions. The transferred ticket will be invalidated, and your season card/digital season ticket will once again become activated for the game. If the transfer window has closed for the game, you will not be able to call back your ticket. The Ticket Transfer service for any individual game will be available up to three hours before the advertised kick-off time, unless stated otherwise.

I have a concessionary Season Ticket which I would like to transfer. How does the recipient upgrade this ticket to their relevant price band?

The recipient would need to upgrade their ticket to ensure there are no issues when attempting to enter the stadium. Supporters can contact the Fan Centre directly on 0151 556 1878, or visit the Goodison Road ticket office to do this.

Is there a limit to how many times I can transfer my seat in a season?

Subject to Ticket Transfer being ‘live' for a fixture, you can transfer your seat for as many fixtures as you wish.

Are there any other ways I can transfer my ticket?

Ticket Transfer is the only official and legal way for Season Ticket Members to transfer their seat to a friend or family member. Season Ticket Members can also resell tickets for games they cannot attend during the 2022/23 season via the Club’s own resale platform.

Can I check the status of my transferred seat(s) online?

Yes, you can view the status of your transfer by logging in to the Ticket Transfer Portal and viewing the list of matches. Against each match it will show what is currently available to transfer, and what matches are not yet available to transfer. By selecting the relevant match, you can view the current status of your ticket(s).

If the person I have transferred my ticket to has declined, can I select another person to transfer to?

Yes, you can select another person within your contacts to transfer your ticket to, or add a new person by entering their name and email address.

I am expecting a seat transfer, how will I receive my ticket?

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address inputted by the Season Ticket Member transferring their seat to you. Instructions on how to download or print your ticket will be included within the email.

What is ‘My Friends & Family’?

You have the ability to save an address book of friends and family members within the Ticket Transfer Portal to make it easy to select a recipient if and when you choose to transfer your seat. You can view, amend, delete and add new contacts to the 'Contacts’ section of your Ticket Transfer Portal account at any time.
