The Club’s three-year deal with the Williams Liverpool dealership on Great Howard Street will see the two vehicles used to support the needs of both the Club and its charity.
Everton in the Community staff will use the cars to ensure even more vital sessions can be delivered across Merseyside to some of the most hard-to-reach and vulnerable groups, helping to improve their life chances.
The Club’s award-winning official charity runs a range of programmes which tackle the most important issues challenging the local community, including health, anti-social behaviour, disability, mental health and education.
The cars were delivered to Goodison Park by David McGoldrick, Dealer Principal at Williams Liverpool and Rob Gower, new car sales manager at the dealership.
Mr McGoldrick said: “We are proud to supply cars for use by staff at Goodison Park and look forward in particular to supporting the charitable initiatives of Everton in the Community.”
Denise Barratt-Baxendale, Everton in the Community Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive of Everton Football Club, received the cars and said: “We are thrilled to take delivery of these wonderful BMW One Series, which are made even more stylish with the Everton crest proudly emblazoned on the cars. A large proportion of our work within the community is away from Goodison Park so it is vitally important staff are able to reach out to those most in need.
“In addition to practicality, we also have a professional and quality image to uphold and our association with Williams Liverpool allows the Club to do this.”
