Originally the home of Everton, Anfield now belongs to Liverpool FC - and is located a mile from Goodison Park.
From the North
Approaching on the M6, exit at Junction 26 onto the M58 and
continue until the end. At Junction 7 turn left onto the A59
Ormskirk Road. Continue on this road as it becomes Rice Lane, and
cross over the roundabout into County Road. After 1/4 mile turn
left into Everton Valley and then right into Anfield Road. The
ground is on the right.
From the South
Approaching on the M6, exit at Junction 21a onto the M62. Exit the
M62 at Junction 4 and get onto the A5080. At the junction with the
A5058 turn right and continue along this road as it becomes Queens
Drive. Continue to the junction with Walton Hall Avenue and turn
left onto the A580 Walton Lane. Turn left into Anfield Road and the
ground is on the right.
From the East
Approaching on the M62 exit at Junction 4 and get onto the A5058.
Then as route for South.
By Train
Lime Street Railway Station is in the town centre, 2 miles from
Anfield. Kirkdale Railway Station is 30 minutes walk from the
ground. Frequent Soccerbus shuttles run from Sandhills Station two
hours before each match and 50 minutes after the final whistle.
By Bus
Numbers 17C, 17D, 217 and 26 run from Paradise Street bus station
in the City Centre.
