Can I buy my Season Ticket using my Everton MasterCard?

Yes you can.
For full details of how to pay using an Everton MasterCard click here .

Are there any additional charges over and above Season Ticket prices?

There are some additional fees which apply in the following circumstances:

Paying by Credit Card - There is a £5 charge for credit card purchases (excluding Everton MasterCard).

Paying by Direct Debit - there is a £20 transaction fee per Season Ticket for payments made via Direct Debit

Seat Ticket Transfer - There is a £10 charge applicable to seat transfers. This fee is not applicable if a Transfer is being made in order to accommodate a new season ticket being purchased beside the existing Season Ticket holder.

Can I buy a Season Ticket in the Family Enclosure?

The following rules apply for those wishing to purchase in the Family Enclosure:

There must be at least one Kid/Junior and one Adult per group and a maximum of two Adults to one Kid/Junior for Season Ticket purchases in the Family Enclosure.

In order to maintain the safety and security of young patrons, we suggest that Kid/Junior Season Ticket holders are accompanied to matches by a responsible Adult, but nevertheless insist that any person 11 years of age or under be accompanied by a responsible Adult at all times.

What is a 'Transfer'?

A 'Transfer' is where a Season Ticket holder would like to relocate from his existing seat to another in the stadium.

When can I get a Transfer?

In order to be eligible for a Transfer the Season Ticket holder must first renew their current seat.

Transfer requests must be made in writing no later than Saturday 18 May 2013. Only a limited number of transfers will be carried out in any one season.

How do I get a Transfer?

Any Season Ticket holder who wishes to transfer their seat to an available seat may do so at the time of purchase.

Should a Season Ticket holder wish to transfer their seat to one currently occupied, a transfer request must be made in writing no later than Saturday 18 May 2013.

The Season Ticket holder must specify their existing seat, and advise which seat or area he/she would like to transfer to. Successful transfer requests will be contacted with the offer of a new seat. Unsuccessful transfer requests will be notified in writing.

Will it cost anything to Transfer?

If the Season Ticket holder is transferring to a seat in an area of a higher value than his/her existing seat, then the difference in price will require to be paid.

If the Season Ticket holder is transferring to a seat of a lower value, a refund payment will be due. In any case where a written request is required, it will be subject to an administration fee of £10 for each transfer.

The transfer fee is waived in the event that the seat is being moved in order to accommodate a new Season Ticket being purchased beside the existing Season Ticket holder.

Any supporter paying for their Season Ticket by Direct Debit will not be able to change their monthly payments but we will send them either a refund or they can pay the extra amount by another method of payment, if they move stands.

What is the AutoCup Scheme?

The AutoCup Scheme allows Season Ticket holders to sign up for cup matches in advance to avoid the inconvenience of purchasing on a match to match basis, and without paying any booking fees.

This scheme is exclusive to Season Ticket holders, and when subscribing to the home cup matches their Seasoncard will be automatically activated once payment has been processed. Full details are available in the ticket terms and conditions.

How many AutoCup Schemes are available?

For this season we will be running 3 different AutoCup Schemes (home European games (subject to qualification), home FA Cup games and home Carling Cup games).

How much does it cost?

It's free to subscribe. The value of the ticket will be deducted from the Season Ticket holder's credit card automatically once details are known. No credit card fees or booking fees will be applied.

Can I use my Maestro card to make payments for the AutoCup Scheme?

No unfortunately not. Due to banking requirements it is only permitted to take unspecified amounts at unspecified times using a credit card or Delta. Debit cards such as Maestro, Electron and Solo cannot be accepted.

When will payment be taken?

Where possible, we will endeavour to notify Season Ticket holders of prices and payment dates at least 14 days prior to the match.

This can often be restrictive however and is often dependent upon the period of time between rounds in any given Cup competition.

Notification will be given on the Everton website at evertonfc.com, in Everton publications and in the Everton Fan Centre. If you wish to receive notification via email please contact the Everton Fan Centre on 0871 663 1878* with a valid email address or you can email the details to autocupscheme@evertonfc.com.

What happens if I don't have sufficient funds when the payment is taken?

Where possible we will notify you in writing with regard to any failed payments within 7 days of the payment date.

Failed payments will result in non-entry to the game and will be subject to an administration charge of £10. Failure to resolve payment will result in exclusion from the scheme. Participation in the scheme will be cancelled in the result that two failed payments occur.

Can I cancel if I don't want to go to a game?

You are not permitted to cancel single matches, but you are entitled to cancel your entire participation in the appropriate scheme, however you will not be permitted to re-apply during that same season.

Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 5 working days prior to the date of the next chargeable game to: Everton Fan Centre, Goodison Park, Liverpool, L4 4EL.
If tickets have already been issued, they should be returned with the written cancellation notice.

Why do I need to advise you if my expiry date changes?

The number on each credit card is unique and its validity is checked by a 'modulus checker'. With most credit card companies the expiry date is included in the modulus checker, and if the date is invalid or has expired the payment will be rejected.

How do I claim my lotteries rebate?

All lotteries agents need to contact the Lotteries department for further information.

What happens if my Seasoncard gets lost, stolen or damaged?

The supporter should notify the Everton Fan Centre immediately. The old Seasoncard will therefore be automatically cancelled and will not permit access to the stadium. There is a £10 fee for any replacement Seasoncards as a result of the original being lost, stolen or damaged.

The duplicate Seasoncard will only be issued when proof of identification has been shown at the Goodison Park Box Office. Only one duplicate Seasoncard will be issued to you per season and you will be required to sign a document confirming that the original Seasoncard is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed and indemnifying the Club against any direct or indirect consequences of such matter having been falsely represented or stated to the Club.

What happens if I forget my Seasoncard?

Ticket reprints as a result of forgotten Seasoncards on a matchday will incur a full match fee. This will be refunded minus £5 once a report has been pulled off showing that the original season card has not been used. Please allow 28 days for this to be refunded. ID must be provided at the window, or no ticket will be issued.

How do I redeem my exclusive Season Ticket holder benefits?

Full details of the range of exclusive Season Ticket holder benefits and how to claim them will be sent out with your Seasoncard in advance of the 2013/14 Season.
