New Zealander Chance is an attacking midfielder who signed for the Blues after impressing on trial ahead of the 2017 campaign.

She had previously been playing in Iceland with Breiðablik, having linked up with them in July 2016 following the conclusion of her college career in the United States.

Attending the University of South Florida, she netted 31 goals in 79 appearances for their team, the South Florida Bulls.

Born in Tauranga, a city on the north island of New Zealand, Chance has four caps for the Football Ferns after making her debut against the Netherlands during the 2011 Cyprus Cup.

Chance made nine appearances, mostly from the bench during the Spring Series, but still managed to score twice, with long range strikes against Doncaster and Watford adding to her brace on her debut against Brighouse Town in the FA Women's Cup.
