Everton completed the transfer of highly-rated Bury defender Matty Foulds for an undisclosed fee on 2 January 2016.
The teenager came through the ranks at Gigg Lane, before signing a professional contract with the Shakers in February 2015.
He made his first-team debut for Bury in their Capital One Cup clash with Leicester City in August that year.
A left-footed centre-back, who reads the game well, Foulds made trial appearances for Everton's Under-18 and Under-21 sides after an agreement between the two clubs was announced.
In 2016/17, he was part of David Unsworth's Under-23s squad that became inaugural Premier League 2 champions.
Foulds' 2017/18 campaign was disrupted by injury, meaning he was able to make only 15 appearances for the young Blues.
Contracted until: June 2018
