Born a short walk away from Goodison Park, Jonjoe Kenny joined Everton’s Academy at the age of nine.
His versatility and composure on the ball has seen him deployed at right-back, centre-back and in central midfield in progressing from the Club’s Under-18s to the Under-21s in 2013/14.
Having represented England at youth level, he recovered from a broken collarbone just in time to make the Under-17s squad for the 2014 European Championship Finals.
Kenny lifted the trophy aloft alongside captain and fellow Blue Ryan Ledson after netting the shootout-winning penalty in the final against Holland.
He subsequently signed a three-year professional contract at Everton in July 2014.
In December 2014, Kenny was named on the bench for Everton's first-team game against FC Krasnodar.
