A product of the Everton Ladies Centre of Excellence, Danielle Turner enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in 2013/14 and became an established member of the first-team squad.
Turner missed the entire 2013 season through injury but proved her value with 21 appearances in all competitions a year later.
And her impressive performances were rewarded with a new two-year deal in December 2014.
One of the quickest players around, Turner has international experience with both the England Under-19s and Under-23s.
Deployed as a marauding left wing-back by Andy Spence in 2017, the jet-heeled Turner made nine appearances and scored two goals, including a stunning free-kick in the 5-0 win over Brighton.
Handed the captain’s armband after the departure of Michelle Hinnigan prior to the start of the 2017/18 WSL 1 campaign, Turner led by example, scoring six goals in 23 games. She again showed her versatility, starting the season at left-back before switching to the left of a front three.
