Stats
Danny Cadamarteri first played for Everton when Chelsea visited Goodison Park on the final day of the 1996/97 season.

However, it was the beginning of the following campaign that really marked his arrival on the first-team and Premier League stage.

Indeed, the Cleckheaton-born forward scored a memorable Goodison goal against Liverpool in October 1997 but ultimately failed to build on that and made more substitute appearances than starts before departing for Bradford City in 2002.

He had spells with Leeds United and Sheffield United before another stint at Bradford and later played for Leicester City, Dundee United, Doncaster Rovers, Huddersfield Town (twice) and Carlisle United.

An England Under-21 international during his time on the Blue half of Merseyside, Cadamarteri announced his retirement from the game in April 2014.
