Tomasz joined the Blues from Belgian side Anderlecht following protracted negotiations in July 2001.
Brought in as a replacement for Francis Jeffers, the £4.5million signing made his Everton debut against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby in September 2001.
The Polish-born striker netted 25 league goals in 91 appearances before joining Fulham in a £1.75 million deal three years later.
The Canadian international was mainly deployed as a midfielder during his time at Craven Cottage but was deemed surplus to requirements when new boss Lawrie Sanchez was installed in 2007.
Skoda Xanthi was his next port of call but he spent just one season with the Greek outfit before linking up with Belgian side Lierse.
Released in January 2012, Tomasz joined Waasland-Beveren on a short-term deal.
