Slaven Bilic arrived in English football with West Ham but spent most of his time at Everton - well, registered there anyway.
In his three years at the club he managed 32 appearances before returning to Hadjuk Split in his native Croatia. There was no doubting Bilic's ability - he reached the semi-final of the 1998 World Cup as part of the country's golden generation - but Everton fans always felt they received scant return for the £30,000 he reportedly raked in every week.
Bilic, multi-lingual and a qualified lawyer, is now in charge of Croatia's national side.
He remains infamous worldwide for the dive in the 1998 World Cup semi-finals which saw France's former Manchester United defender Laurent Blanc cautioned and ruled out of the final.
Bilic is today the boss of the Croatia national team.
