Philippe joined Everton in January 2010.
Arriving from Arsenal, the central defender penned a six-month loan deal at Goodison Park, boosting David Moyes' defensive options following Lucas Neill's transfer to Galatasaray.
He made his Everton debut against Wigan in January 2010 but played only twice more before leaving at the end of the season and subsequently joining Fulham.
