Kieran joined Everton midway through the 2005/2006 season from Arsenal, and has progressed through the ranks to the fringes of the first team..
Pacy and with an eye for goal, Kieran scored plenty of goals for the Under-18 side before becoming a reserve team regular.
In May 2008, Kieran received the Keith Tamlin award for his overall contribution to the Academy set up both on and off the pitch.
And there was further good news for the Londoner when later that summer he was included on the first team's training camp in Switzerland.
He subsequently made appearances in several of the pre-season friendlies and was an unused substitute in the first two Premier League games of the 2008/09 season.
He was a regular for the reserves and returned to the first team fold, appearing on the bench at the end of the season.
Agard was awarded the Reserve team player of the season at the Club's end of season awards dinner and in July 2009, Kieran signed a new two-year contract with the Club.
Kieran was around the first team squad for the start of the 2009/10 campaign and made his debut from the bench in a Carling Cup tie at Hull. He made a handful more appearances before starting December's Europa League dead rubber against BATE Borisov.
And after battling back from serious knee injury, Agard joined Peterborough on loan in January 2011.
But the forward's loan spell at London Road was cut short after Darren Ferguson replaced Gary Johnson at the helm and cut short Agard's loan spell.
Agard was sent out on loan again though on the final day of the transfer window, joining SPL side Kilmarnock until the end of the season.
After being released by the Blues, he signed for League One outfit Yeovil Town.
