The French midfielder failed to make a single appearance during his time at Everton.

Plessis signed a six-month contract with the Blues in January 2005 after having his contract at French First Division side Lens terminated.

However, he failed to make an impression and was let go four months later.

He returned to his homeland and went on to play for Clermont Foot, US Boulogne, FC Martigues and Beziers but has been a free agent since leaving the latter in 2011.
