When the season started in August the four "usual suspects" were put forward as potential champions but after witnessing the weekend's action, I think you can narrow it down to Manchester United or Arsenal.
I think if you had a poll amongst genuine football fans and asked them, 'Who plays the best and most entertaining football in the league?' they would all come up with the same answer; United and Arsenal.
Arsenal visited one of their title rivals on Sunday and gave the best display I have seen from an away team at Anfield for ages. Their passing and movement was a joy to watch and at times left Liverpool chasing shadows.
Everybody thought that when they lost Thierry Henry in the summer they would struggle but the opposite has happened. Arsene Wenger has assembled a fantastic team with some very talented young players and he hasn't shelled out a fortune, unlike some of his title rivals!
Manchester United are another team on a fantastic run of form and when you have a team that includes Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez etc you are not going to be too far away, come the end of the season. Sir Alex has spent big in the transfer market in the summer but you can see he has bought quality and the players he has brought in have adapted to the English style of football.
Chelsea got back on track at the weekend but I think they have too many internal problems to deal with - but they are still capable of mounting a challenge as are Liverpool but in terms of playing attractive football, United and Arsenal are miles ahead.
Outsiders for a possible Champions League place have got to be Blackburn Rovers. Mark Hughes has done a fantastic job and has assembled a decent squad who will cause a few surprises this season.
Can anyone stop United or Arsenal?

michael ananinsWe talk about money being the root to success, but interesting to see what Arsenal are doing without having broke the bank on any one individual. Yes, Arsenal went 'missing' for a couple of seasons [to their standards] but look what Mr Wenger has done in that time. Not a bad manager, me thinks...

Justin BryantI certainly feel we have played very well against all of them. I feel we can get up there.
