Your comments have been taken on board and will help us as we plan for the future.
Particular thanks to Eamonn Byrne, who highlighted an issue with the sound levels on clips which will be looked into.
We certainly don't want to be catching people out with volume levels - and so a standard approach is now being adopted during the editing process to try and ensure there is greater consistency on this level.
Andrew Kirby enquired as to the possibility of the service being free or reduced in price for season ticket holders. Unfortunately, this is not currently under consideration. The TV service gathers significant costs to run and maintain and is priced at a level that we believe is competitive and offers value for money.
In response to Helen Quenet, who is looking forward to the day when every Everton game is streamed live, we are currently restricted by the broadcasting rules of the FA Premier League.
When the rules permit, as was the case with the pre-season matches in the United States, we will certainly be providing live streaming.
The success of the pre-season streams confirmed to us that it is a huge draw for supporters, particularly when they know they are subscribing to a service that not only benefits them but the club they love.
There is a new FAPL TV deal coming in next year which will change the rules slightly regarding streaming of match highlights, but it will still not be possible to stream live Premiership games. The current rules prevent us making the highlights available until midnight UK time on the Sunday after a weekend game or midnight on the night of a midweek match.
