IT'S GREAT TO WIN ANY DERBY...

It certainly was a great win over Liverpool. It is fantastic to win any derby game, but to get a result like 3-0 was fantastic.
Overall, I think we deserved it as well. It was a good performance from all the players and there was no weak link.
I wasn't surprised when I heard that AJ was going to be up front on his own. The 4-5-1 worked well at Tottenham and even after we were down to 10 men were still threatened.
I thoough David Moyes would stick with the same system and he was proved right to do so. The five players in midfield nullified the threat of Liverpool's creative players which was key.
But it is no use winning the derby if we go and lose against Wigan. They will be difficult and Paul Jewell has done really well there.
It might be more of a struggle for them this season but they are more than capable of getting results.
Our players will be full of confidence after the derby though.
I'd also like to mention Kevin Kilbane who will be on his way back to Goodison this weekend.
Killa always gave 100% when he pulled on the Blue shirt and I expect him to get a good reception on Saturday.
David Moyes will know exactly what to expect from him and hopefully we'll keep him quiet.
