The Everton Tigers basketball team was formed in June 2007.

The Blues teamed up with the Toxteth Tigers to form a new basketball club that will play in the British Basketball League.

Everton Tigers will continue on the platform generated  from the Toxteth Tigers programme that has enjoyed success from a grass roots level right up to international standard for over 40 years.

As well as competing at the elite level of British Basketball, Everton Tigers will have strong community presence with a number of far reaching initiatives.
