STRIKERS UNLEASHED

Everton will unleash James Vaughan and Victor Anichebe tonight.
The teenage strikers line up for the Blues' reserves for their trip to Manchester City (7pm).
Leighton Baines is also in the side, along with goalie Stefan Wessels.
Dan Gosling and Jack Rodwell continue in the centre of midfield after impressing against Midlesbrough recently.
John Irving returns to the defence after suspension and partners Darren Dennehy.
Gosling and Rodwell are joined in the midfield by Steven Morrison and Aidan Downes, who relocates from his more usual striking role.
Shaun Densmore will play at right back with Baines on the left.
Everton: Wessels, Densmore, Baines, Irving, Dennehy, Downes, Gosling, Rodwell, Morrison, Anichebe, Vaughan, Harpur, Jones, Agard, Sinnott, O'Kane.

eric mcnamaraI second that, Andy Van is a quality player who had a rough time at the blues, he has served his penance and deserves some football, it is not good to waste a player of his calibre! of course the 1st team is flying and he would find it hard to probably get a game but its no excuse , I think he should be left go, I had high hopes for that man.

Allan HarrisI too have been wondering about Andy. I think he has served his time for whatever he has done wrong. If there is no place for him at Everton then let the man go. Let him play, if not at Everton then somewhere else. Don,t let a talent be wasted.
