Iain Turner has the inside info on Sheffield Wednesday.
Turner spent a successful loan spell with Everton's Carling Cup opponents last season, taking his place in goal as the Owls went on an eleven game unbeaten streak.
And he is well placed to comment on the threat of Brian Laws' side.
"It's a great club, a big club, and they have got some quality players in their team," Turner told evertonTV.
"They haven't started the season too well but the football they've been playing has been brilliant. It just takes time."
Wednesday, who earned their first win of the season on Saturday when Francis Jeffers secured a 1-0 victory over Hull, have another familiar face in their ranks.
"They have got a good front line and some good midfielders, especially Steve Watson!" said Turner.
"Watto will be looking forward to the game."
"Brian (Laws) is a nice guy who loves his team to play football which is what every manager should be aiming for.
"There were a few mixed emotions when the draw was made and obviously I am dying to play in it."

yeah we dont want no messing about. cant take them lightly either there are plenty of upsets at this stage in the cup. so lets go there and get the job done properly..play aj see if he can find his quality again
