The Everton Way partnership with FC Revolution kicked-off this weekend with a full-scale launch across the Atlantic.

The new partnership will help FC Revolution set up an Academy and raise the level of player development across Eastern Pennsylvania.

500 coaches flocked from across America to see Everton Academy coach, Tosh Farrell provide a taste of what’s in store at ‘The Revs’ with an Everton Way coaching clinic.

Tosh said: ”this launch marks the beginning of a fantastic partnership between Everton and FC Revolution.

“I demonstrated just one small chapter of the Everton Academy coaching philosophy. When I leave, evertonway.com will provide the core content of the Academy programme to the players and coaches of FC Revolution.”

The Everton Way website will be at the centre of the 3-year partnership between the two clubs with scheduled visits from a selection of Academy coaches planned for the future.

Evertonway.com is an online player development tool for anybody who wants to improve their game as players, or as coaches.
