Are you yet to take part in Everton's Fan Survey?

The Blues are aiming to repeat the success of last season's Fan Survey and are encouraging supporters to have their say on their Club.

The surveys were sent out to registered fans last week, and those who submit a completed survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three fantastic prizes with the chance to travel with the first team to Athens for the final Europa League group game against AEK on Wednesday 2 December.

The other prizes are a behind the scenes tour of Everton's Finch Farm training complex with captain Phil Neville and a match-worn shirt signed by a player of your choice.

"Last year 4,600 Evertonians had their say on everything from 'Nil Satis Nisi Optimum' to better ways of paying for season tickets," said Tom Shelston, Everton's Head of Marketing.

"This year we want to understand what we need to do more of, what we can do better and how fans want to paticipate with their Club.

"The survey will be e-mailed directly to all registered Evertonians and will take about 10 minutes to complete. Fans will also be able to take part through evertonfc.com because we wanted to make the process as simple and as straight-forward as possible."
