SINNOTT SIGNS IN
Everton youngster Cory Sinnott has signed his first professional deal with the Club.
The defender, 17, has put pen to paper on a two year deal with the Blues.
Sinnott had missed all of last season with a serious back injury, but is back playing now and has already featured for the reserves this term.
He took his place in the centre of defence for Andy Holden's side, playing against Sunderland's Andy Cole!
"I am feeling really excited," Sinnott told evertonTV. "I'm just looking forward to playing more and getting loads of games under my belt.
"I've been at the academy for seven years now and it's really good to sign a professional deal. It's been a dream of mine."
Sinnott wasn't short of support during his 13-months out with injury.
"They have been great at the academy, in particular Ray Hall and Neil Dewsnip," he said.
"The physio Steve Hardwick has been really good with me and I'd like to thank my Mum and Dad as well
"They've been there for me for the last year and it's been hard.
"Now I can just get on with my football."
