21.06: Bill Kenwright brings the evening to a close.

21.05: David Moyes: "I've said my loyalty's here. I wouldn't be disloyal to anyone I work for. I feel I want to keep progressing the Club. I have to win because you people want success and expectations have risen. We're trying to find another way of succeeding without spending millions."

21.02: Everton Announce Record Turnover

20.59: Bill Kenwright: "David is thorough. He has a talent - spotting the boy who probably won't fit in and spotting the boy who probably will. If you look at all his signings, they're all part of the magic of Everton."

20.53: David Moyes: "I said it to the press, that no players will be sold at Everton. I don't feel I need to say anymore than that. If anyone does go it will be at my discretion and I said at the start of the summer that I don't want anyone to go."

20.50: David Moyes on what he said to the players after the FA Cup final: "I told them to sit there and remember how they felt losing. Because we want to win next time. But I was proud of them and what they achieved, the way they mucked in and worked for each other."

20.47: David Moyes: "We will be bringing in people and maybe not people who I would think are first team players; maybe squad players, bosmans to build-up the squad to cope with things like that (Europe)."

20.46: David Moyes: "Pre-season is going well. The players are looking good, we have Joleon Lescott and Tim Cahill back now too and at the weekend we will have the whole squad back together. We’re training with the young players now and it’s great for them, but we need to get back those boys."

20.44: David Moyes: "I've not even opened the box I was given at the FA Cup final. It doesn't mean anything to me. I'll open one when someone gives me a winner's medal."

20.42: David Moyes on how he has achieved what he has: "There isn't a word for it. It's something the players have got, something inside them. We've got to keep that. Every year I feel my job is to make progress at Everton. The only thing I've ever asked is for Bill not to take any of my players off me and he never has."

20.40: David Moyes: "This time last year I didn't think we would finish in the top ten, I really didn't. Our start was poor, we found ourselves out of the Uefa Cup and we found ourselves out of the Carling Cup. But then we had a couple of breaks. At Tottenham we lost Yakubu but still managed to win and that was a real kickstart for the season."

20.37: David Moyes: "The players here are like brothers to us all. Every year we grow. The players have to understand what it means to play for your football club."

20.36: David Moyes takes to the front of the stage to a standing ovation.

20.31: A large round of applause rolls around the room as Bill Kenwright personally thanks David Moyes for Everton's success last season.

A shareholder puts a question to the top tableA shareholder puts his question to the top table

20.25: Bill Kenwright: "There are a lot of things about Everton that are class and that's because of Robert (Elstone). Like the new shop; it's clean, it's tidy, it's class, it's Everton. From the day he took the role we've had a proper, proper, proper Chief Executive."

20.22: Bill Kenwright: "I publicly salute David Moyes for taking this Club and putting it up there. I'm always longing for those fantastic days of the 1980s when we had a Wembley season ticket. For David to get us there twice and enjoy the experience of our team being there again was something I'll never, ever forget. I don't know how he did it but the squad just moved for him."

Anthony kellyWhy didn't you report, that a shareholder asked Mr Kenwright how much he wanted for the club? Mr Kenwright wouldn't answer.

Neil Steeleawful. We announce record turnover and the manager says he is looking at Bosmans and squad fillers!! Something is badly wrong at this club. As per, lots of starry eyed nonsense from Mr Kenwright and no tangible positives to take out of it. Same old, same old.
